Ruby's wine list incorporates the best of a wide selection of wines from many of the famous Yarra Valley wineries, as well as an extensive selection from vintners from all the major wine regions around Australia.

After dinner Ruby's Bar serves a huge selection of local and imported beers, cocktails and spirits. Bar service extends to the restaurant and the lounge, where you can also enjoy a complimentary coffee and a cheese and fruit platter.
