I just wanted to write a brief thank you for your excellent service, accommodation and conference facilities whilst I recently attended the 2008 TREV Professional Development Conference from 25th - 28th November. Your facility was without a doubt one of the best that I have attended in my years of working in the student activities office at the Gordon Institute of TAFE. A big thank you also goes to the hospitality staff who did a tremendous job feeding us all and offering assistance when required with a nothing was too hard attitude. Compliments to the chef for providing a wonderful menu. The food was absolutely fantastic. On behalf of myself and my colleagues.

Seating up to 140, Ruby's is fully licensed and provides beautiful outlooks to the gardens and beyond, and on the table an a-la-carte menu that is renowned as one of the best in the region. A nutritionally balanced working lunch will ensure delegates remain active and bright for afternoon sessions. For an experiential event with a difference, picnic hampers can be prepared for you to enjoy at many nearby locations including Steavenson Falls, or enjoy a barbecue in our surrounding gardens.
